I’m Shona, a fifty-something who decided it was the right time to take a huge (scary yet exciting) leap and start my own wee business!

I’m married to Craig, have 3 amazing daughters, 3 beautiful Grandchildren and 3 adorable Grand Pups!

My mission? To create a safe and welcoming space for you to unwind, rejuvenate and find a wee bit of balance!
